Unable to login to SafeSend from Lacerte.
Have those credentials changed since the Thomson change?
Lacerte telling me my login is incorrect though I can login from the Thomson/SafeSend portal??
Are you able to log in with the same credentials on the SafeSend website directly? If not, try resetting your password there. If that still doesn't work, please reach out to SafeSend customer support, since the credentials are managed on their end.
