Real estate taxes coop

coop passes real estate taxes to taxpayer.  how do you get around not putting lot and block in to be able to deduct the real estate taxes passed onto taxpayer?

Last time I encountered something like this, I contacted the county assessor and determined the lot and block belonging to the specific parcel. It was a one time effort to get the information I needed to do a proper tax return for my client.

Which state?
Does that state tax form instruction possibly allow some specific?

Or client cpould ask the coop. If its really needed, every owner needs it.
