As any one experienced that the smart look does not work in the 2025 tax program?

Hi @harveyburger Thanks for reaching out in the Community about unable to use SmartLook in Lacerte. If this is not working in the program we'd recommend contacting Lacerte Support. They would be able to take a look at this with you.
I have spoken to 6 agents with Lacerte and have spent over 6 hours and noone can help.
I am now on hold with another agent today for 90 minutes and they cannot get the organizer to pritn correctly.
What am I to do.
I cannot send out the organizers as they are not printing correctly.
Besides calling Lacerte when they are unable to assist after 6 hours what can one person do?

Maybe just maybe explain some of the issues here. We can't help with the complaints, but many of us know the program better than support does.
And what is 'smart find"?
