I can't open 2016 returns on my desk top. Password works for 2017, etc.
Anyone have this problem ?

I used the same password for 2017 with success but doesn't work on 2016.
Instead, I receive an error message that I am not authenticated. It prompts me
to have a code sent to my phone to provide my identity but after entering code, it
still denies me access. It says to try later but same results next day.
Didn't work.....will call tech support
