I tried to request REP credits using the online interface , but the system is not working. A message keeps popping up saying Oops, there was an error with submitting your refund request. Please resubmit a new request.
Also, another issue, I submitted a REP request 30 days ago, that has not been approved. Lacerte claims it takes 5-7 days to respond.
Should I call customer support ? Anybody have a suggestion ?

I'm having the same issue. Apparently I have to waste 30 minutes of my extremely busy time waiting on hold with Lacerte to request a Refund. They are completely unaware of the issue.
