Did you log into Intuit Link for Accountant and check your notification settings to make sure everything is still in order?
I went to Firm Settings, but it only shows me add email addresses? Is there a different place that I am suppose to go.
Under Firm Settings, on the tab for Account, check your entries for Client Activity Emails. Make sure you have Yes for Opt in. If you need to change or add an email addresses, make sure you hit the Save button.
