Is anybody have issues with printing returns within Lacerte? We print to SmartVault and nobody in our firm is able to do this - even just printing a normal PDF (without printing to SV) I have sat on Lacerte Tech Support for 2.5 hours with no help 😞 I would appreciate any tips or tricks!
Lacerte message at the bottom of screen says "initializing Print" and stays in that status unless
