I do not know if this is the correct area to review my interaction with Chris, but this is the link that I received. I can only say that Chris was the best Intuit employee I spoke with. He was able to resolve all my issues with Lacerte.

This guy was definitely good. But I have had interactions in the past that did not end in a resolution.

Funny how we only see the glowing reports here. I'm sure there must be many "Support sucks" ones that are not getting posted here.
Intuit doesn't give out the same incentives for "support sucks" as they do for support was wonderful. 😬
