Awkwardly via print screen, Windows Snipping tool, ....
It is extremely unfortunate that Lacerte does not imbed links to help articles here, or an ability to print. Maybe @IntuitBettyJo can offer a better idea.
Hi there,
@George4Tacks is correct, this functionality does not currently exist. We are actively working on this and will have it implemented as soon as possible.

Hi there,
I wanted to go ahead and update this thread, as we have implemented the ability to print help articles. See here: https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/community-basics/discussion/how-do-i-print-a-help-article/01...

How can you print help articles in Lacerte? I used to print them all of the time for help in navigating the software entries. I no longer can print them :(.
Please advise and thank you!
It's been two years. I cannot print a detailed help topic or cut and paster.
WHY is Intuit so over-protective of the topic & won't allow them to be printed?
Press F1 to get help? It has this nice little printer icon at the top. Is this what we are not able to do?
It's when you type something into the "search" box, and come up with a (hopefully) helpful article.
You can't print it (no icon), nor can you CTRL P, or right click/print. Unless I'm missing something (again/still 🙂
Yes, it's not like they're not available for all the world to see.
We're going to look into this for printing help articles since these features have changed though the years.
For printing the view you see in product with a print icon, I think that would be a great enhancement to add into the Idea Exchange where we can bring it up with the Lacerte team.
In the meantime, here's some workarounds for printing an article in a browser:
Chrome: Print from a Standard Printer
Firefox: Print a webpage
For printing your Lacerte screen and the help panel:
Try the snipping tool
if you're wanting a tool that you can also annotate or record video with, Snagit is available for purchase and easy to use.
A benefit you have with your community profile is to bookmark threads. (This is not an Ad but I did create that article image with Snagit 🙂 )
So, only things in the Idea Exchange might get looked at?
Nothing else has even that remote prayer?
