Good luck calling, now been on hold for an hour+....
All I want is an ETA or over/under on issue getting resolved today. East coast down to two hours to prep paper returns to be mailed...
When this kind of sh*t has happened before (and it has, with both Intuit in years past & with Thompson Reuter just recently on 7.15), they work with the IRS for special consideration. I would expect the same thing this time, if the wheels don't get re-attached soon.

I am having luck by just periodically resending the returns. When it does work its super slow but at least they are going out.
Same, thank goodness.
My Admins said they have been able to get one at a time to go through.

ANYONE HAVING PROBLEMS (SPECIFICALLY TODAY) WITH EFILE TRANSMISSIION GOING THROUGH THEN PRINTING DELAYS ETC OVERALL SOFTWARE JUST HANGING UP???
