It's there... if you read the announcement, you have to override the efile diagnostic but CAN still efile the returns.
Overide the efile diagnostic. That sounds kind of complicated 😎

I don't know abc. The Form still has the watermark "Do Not File"
Yep... it does. Thus the need to override.
