clients can't open the e-organizers, how do you send them so they can be used?

a) They don't work on MACs.

Did you send them as attachments? Or in an email with a link?

They need to ignore the "this attachment might be dangerous" warning.

If sent as an attachment, have them save it to their hard drive and then try to open.

The more I know, the more I don't know.
