Thanks so much for the amazing assistance I received over a two day period this week Monday and Tuesday May 12 & 13, 2025 from first Lydia and then Krystle two of Intuit/Lacerte's most talented and dedicated phone support personnel.
I was having severe difficulty with data transfer of Lacerte files from an older Win/10 PC hard drive to a new Win/11 PC hard drive. Their expertise and extraordinary persistence over the two sessions I required has allowed me to successfully retain critical Lacerte data files and saved me massive amounts of time to reconstruct data for tax returns previously filed.
