Any one has the same issue because delayed form 100S CA 2024 by today 1/16/25 ?

I installed 1120S /CA and now i have keyed in data even though not allowed to efile yet. After prepare Fed 1120S and clicked on State and not see CA . Any one has the same issue because delayed form 100S CA 2024 by today 1/16/25 ? Previous years were able to key in on this date 1/16 and per CA FTB the form 100S 2024 is available already . I am worried if Professional Proseries tax software requires me upgrade anything (this morning I saw error my PC version is need to upgrade Microsoft VC++ and installed as recommend and able to log in. Other PC had no error to upgrade and not see 100S CA either . Please help

It is working fine for me.  I've done projections for four S Corps and they are all showing the CA 100-S even tho not all forms are final yet.

Perhaps try ToolHub & WebSetUp to reinstall the program.  And do make sure you install the CA module.

I appreciate your response

I contacted with Intuit support team twice, latest on 1/17/25 and I was advised that the form 100S CA released on 1/23/25

May I ask if you have professional proseries ? Or different tax software

1) My calendar shows 1.20.25.... so maybe by 1.23.25 it *will* be available?

2) You posted in the Lacerte forum (not the ProSeries forum), so it's likely any answers here will be specific to Lacerte.

*NOW* I see the original post did say ProSeries.

So I'm not sure what software is in use (tho I guess PS...).

I'm more curious about the 'future date'.   Is there a Delorean around 😉

https://form-status.app.intuit.com/tax-forms-availability/formsavailability?product=PROSERIES&bu=PRO...

Looks like the form can be e-filed on Thursday but can't be printed until 1/30.  Kind of tough to let the client review the form before e-filing if you can't print it.

Well... that clears everything up /S

And isn't confusing at all /S

I'm glad I am using Lacerte 😉

Could you share your source? The forms finder shows:

CA100SThe form is not final and is watermarked

And I see no indication on the FTB website that the form is not final, so I'm not sure what the problem is.

Thank you

I am using Professional Proseries

The second time I contacted with Intuit support team and double check the second opinion after I check CA FTB website and 100S is already available

On the software, it indicates that "Available print 1/23/25" but I meant to let us key in data

Previous year, this time already let us key in data 100S
