We have tried the E-Organizers in the past and do not like them. We are trying to provide PDF copies of the tax organizers instead of having to mail them out. We also want to have them password protected like the tax returns are. Is there a way to do this as a group instead of one by one?

Print them to PDF, using the "Email(PDF)" selection. The password will automatically be the last four of the SSN (primary tax payer) plus the ZIP.
You may be able to email it directly (depending on what you use) or you may have to save that PDF somewhere. Then draft an email using your regular email process, and attach the PDF you saved somewhere.

No.
We use "ShareFile" by Citrix. It seems to work well.
Hi;
Can you please tell me more about how you do that? We really want to use ShareFile - I use it all the time with my bookkeeping clients - but I don't know how to go about sending the Organizers out using ShareFile.
Thank you! Susan
He actually explained exactly what he wanted, but your answer didn't answer it. You guys are more worried about your reputation then actually helping people.
Did you ever find a solution to this? Thanks!

And you have helped how many people here? I'll give you some time do do all of the math you need to add up all of your helpful answers and then I'll check back for the total tomorrow. Assuming that is enough time for you to do the calculations.
No I never did find anything out. Still don't have a solution.

Really ??? Shall we compare number of posts, and the number solved, and the number of helpful ones.
Methinks you'll lose.
We can revisit this after you've been around, and actually helped out a few times, 'kay?

I believe SickofTheCompanyThatOwnsThisSite is still tabulating those numbers. Based on the selected name I believe Sicko (ok if we use the abbreviated name? - I hate to type more characters than I have to) might be more of a complainer than a helper, but I am willing to change my mind after I see those totals. By the way, the clock struck midnight and the really nice me punched out for the rest of tax season.

** P.S.A. **
I punched out last week.
