Just dealt with Rep Amanda to resolve and invoicing printing issue  She was so knowledgeable and patient.  thank you for another great experience.  My only complaint last tax season was long hold times but so far this years seems to be better

I was just a little curious.  How many times do you call support each year?

40-50 (for our business) - i do the e-filing, printing, and i call if others have issues and transfer the agent to them once they pick up
