Alerts notification bar

After clicking on the alerts notification bar when first logging in, the bar is suppose to disappear. It is not. Is anyone else having this issue. I have an account alerts bar, a news alerts bar and a critical alerts bar all pinned to the top rather than disappearing after clicking on it.

Yes, those multicolored bars just never go away.  Just hogging the space at the top of the window.  In previous versions they were gone after you closed the alerts browser. I also posted a feedback to correct the problem.
