Hi Community
I am on Lacerte REP and the company that I prepare taxes for has purchased the entire bundle of modules (we both have separate firm IDs) . I need to access and prepare his clients' returns from another city. I called Lacerte and talked to technical support however this was not their area of expertise and they didn't have a solution for me. Does anybody out there know how to accomplish this? Covid is making this a necessity this year.

The other company can use the Real Networks(?) Hosting Solution offered by Lacerte/Intuit
The other company can set up a VPN and give you access
You can email the Lacerte files back and forth using the option in the program. I wouldn't do this except on a one off basis.
This is really more a question for the company's IT people to solve than Lacerte.
