quickbooks keeps aborting - lost connection with server

Help - Every 10 minutes the QuickBooks program aborts and we have to log in again.  Customer service is not any help.  We have tried disconnecting the firewall and removing Norton - No help.  Something is causing the program to disconnect the individual stations from the server.
