Program Won't Start

I just upgraded the 2019 program only to find that now it won't start.

The icon has disappeared from the desktop.  When I try to launch the

w19tax program from the File Explorer, I get this message in a pop-up window:

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file.  You may not have

the appropriate permissions to access the item."

I'm running Windows 8.1 Pro, 64-bit.

Reboot (if you haven't)

Reinstall via WebSetUP & force it even if it says the program is up to date,

Thank you George.  The instructions need a little updating, but I was able to get the program up

and running again very quickly.
