When trying to open and type in a description box, the program freezes. I can hit Tab and then Enter to unfreeze it. But if I try to enter text in the description box, it just freezes again. Any help?

Actually Lacerte support solved the issue by having me get out the program, open a run box in Windows 10 (windows key + R), typing %appdata%, finding the wtax19.ini (or just wtax19) file in the Lacerte folder, highlight and right click to rename it, and putting .old at the end of the file (or replacing the .ini if it is there), closing the window and relaunching the program. I do not understand what this does, other than it fixed the problem. They said this description box freezing happens quite often and this will resolve it.
I would do the install again. Hit the Windows button and type 2019 Lacerte Web Setup, then hit enter to start the install.
