When I select to print a tax return to the copier and also to SmartVault I get FOUR pop-up boxes that I must either select OK or CLOSE. My job will not begin to print until I have made all of the selections and sometimes there's a bit of a delay between the pop-up boxes. The boxes talk about a critical diagnostic. The warning is that we are missing the taxpayer's signature date which we do not enter until the client actually signs off on the tax return.
Aside from going into each client that I'm going to print for and selecting "Computer date as PIN signature date" is there any way that I can disable those annoying boxes?
