I received an Electronic Pre-Transmission Error Report -
Exception occurred during EF batching client:
TEFile.LoadWholeFile: Unable to open whole e-file C:\LACERTE\.........(no exception, just bad result)
Have tried to redo this several times - how can I fix this if it not an exception, just not working right? Other returns are working correctly.

When all else fails, decide which is quicker - Reload a back up of the client and do the input again OR - Call Support
