I am not a fan of Intuit since it is a monopoly - I want to make that clear.
However, Patrice was excellent and extremely HELPFUL, which more often than not is not the case when I call Lacerte.
Patrice was very patient and knowledgable and kept working through the issue I was having with me.
Please take care of Patrice.

If you really like Patrice, be careful. It always seemed like whenever we found a moderator here that we really liked because they were helpful and they actually seemed to care about us ---------------------- they just seemed to disappear from this place.😱
