I acquired an existing accounting firm, and I need to change the paid preparer information on the returns we are preparing. I have updated the information in Settings/Options and Settings/Primary Options, adding the preparer information for myself, and updating the firm information. The firm information is printing correctly on the forms, but the designee and the paid preparer information is not printing at all. I made sure in the settings/tax return/federal tax options that the preparer name on from xxxx is marked "Yes", but it still not printing. I need to get this corrected ASAP so I can print these returns that we have completed. Any insight on this?
