Look at the Schedule G on the 706 for the continuation schedule.

Schedule G is Screen 16. If you make enough entries in Screen 16, the program will create a continuation sheet and enter the number there. If you are asking how to just enter a continuation amount with your own continuation sheet, then just make one entry in Screen 16 with a "see Attached" reference.
