I just purchased Lacerte after using Ultra Tax for years.
What do Lacerte preparers in Ohio do to deal with the lack of any city return for all the major cities.
It is February 18th and all we have is a blank screen! Very Frustrating that you call and absolutely no one has a clue of what's happening.
Any suggestions?
