Non Taxable Unemployment and Taxability of Social Security Benefits

It appears Lacerte does not reduce your income for the non taxable portion unemployment in calculating your taxable social security benefits? Does anyone know if the IRS updated their worksheet or mentioned this anywhere?  Just trying to confirm this is correct as I can't find anything in regard to it and just wondering if the IRS hasn't caught up yet?

Yes, it is correct.  No, IRS has not communicated it.
