We are preparing a NC return that has nonresident shareholders. When set to e-file we get critical diagnostics about needing Form NC-NA attached. This form is only required to be filed the first year, and it has already been filed for our shareholders. Is there a way to indicate that the form is not needed so that the critical diagnostic will go away? If not, is it okay to bypass the errors and file it electronically anyway? Thanks.
