Is anyone else experiencing issues with login to Lacerte? We've had issues since July 1st. On that Monday it was fine, everyone could get into the programs, Tuesday we started having issues. It took one user 50 minutes to open the 2024 tax program and we're lucky if we can open the 2023 program. I've called Lacerte at least 5 times about the issue, wasted countless hours, had our IT on the phone with us with Lacerte and they keep insisting that it's a network/firewall/antivirus issue and basically told us we're out of luck. Our IT has done everything they suggested. When we asked to speak with a senior tech, I was told there are no senior techs (even though the Lacerte tech is typing away to someone else), I asked to speak with a supervisor and was denied and told a supervisor couldn't help. When our IT asked to have a program developer look at the program logs we were told there were none. We are at a complete loss as what to do. Being told by a Lacerte tech that there is nothing else they can do is totally unacceptable.
