I have a large partnership taking several hours to print K-1s. I had hoped to let it print overnight unattended but Lacerte logged me out and the print job had stopped. Is there a setting over ride to keep me logged in and the job going or does it continue and my print job must have run into another and issue before Lacerte logged me out for inactivity?
Can you convert it to pdf (shouldn't take more than a few seconds) and then print the pdf at your leisure?
I don't know about your printer, but I wouldn't leave mine unattended. After the first 50 pages or so, the paper comes out too hot to handle.
I should have said that I am printing them to PDF. There are over 400 relatively large K-1s taking about 5 minutes each to print to PDF. This year it took four of us on four computers and four Lacerte licenses to monitor their PDF printing. If we queued more than three K-1s at a time, the program frequently crashed. In the past I've been able to select all K-1s and let it go overnight using one computer, one license, and very little time. I had hopes last night as the program wasn't crashing on me, but when I checked it this morning it looked as though Lacerte timed out and logged me out after printing only five or so K-1s.
