Cannot start Lacerte. I am getting access violation 006CCD26. Any suggestions?

I'll be over with the jumper cables in a little while. In the meantime, have you tried rebooting your computer?

We're having the same problem. I called Lacerte, and they had a recorded message saying the system would be down at 1pm Central, but it's just noon now. I hope that doesn't mean it'll be down for more than an hour!
