Every single time there is an update - multiple people in our office have to run the LACERTE PDF PRINTER REPAIR TOOL before we are able to do ANYTHING in Lacerte. THIS IS SUCH A PAIN AND IS WAY TOO TIME CONSUMING!!!
Please fix this! IT'S TAX SEASON and this is the last thing we need to deal with.
We are NOT fans of the AUTO UPDATE... it's causing too many issues.
