Is anyone else noticing Lacerte customer service not complying with refund request for duplicate REP charge ? I just send request #3 for a duplicate REP charge made back in December 2021. I sent two previous requests that are supposed to have been processed in 5-7 days. I thought it was pretty self-evident that it was a duplicate ( same company name, client #, EIN etc) I feel like I'm being ignored by a big company, that I've paid a lot of money to over the years.
