Lacerte keeps crashing...

Hi,

Looking to see if someone may have a sollution to our prolem. About 4 weeks ago, our users started to report Exception occurred in the tax engine errors. Lacerte is up to date. Our servers are up to date. I have worked with Lacerte support on this and they escalated me but still no resolution.

Our setup:

The lacerte data files are hosted on a file server.

What I have tried so far:

Updated Lacerte.

Disabled backups.

Disabled AV on both server and client end.

Ran WebSetup from tool hub.

Ran TaxSetup from data folder.

No cotrelation in event viewer. 

Users are unable to reproduce this error and it happens randomly.

Have you tried CLPack on your data path for that module?  (This is in the ToolHub, you no longer have to run it from DOS command line.)
