Lacerte Forms view auto zoomed out

Hello, for some reason when I first open a client in lacerte and go to the forms view the form is massively zoomed out to the point where you cant even read it until you zoom in. Why does this happen? Is there a way to fix it?

Try selecting the last of these options: "Zoom to normal" in the upper-right corner. Then if you leave Forms view, and come back, does it "stick"?

That did not fix it.

almost this. Click on 'Show Full Page' ; close\open the file and it should fit correctly
