This is the worst year I had with Lacerte.
Your Experts:
15% were Excellent
30% were Good but needed more Training.
25% could be salvaged but contently need more training.
30% should be terminated. For the following reasons:
Can't understand them, lack of the English language or too much accent.
Lacerte tax program after working with you for 30+ years leaves a lot to be desired.
DocuSign, I had more Clients struggling with it then ever. I voided DocuSign out after the second & third try and sent them a PDF.
When we file an Extension why doesn't the Client letter state that I put them on an extension. This causes the Client to thin i didn't do my job and they call and ask why I didn't put them on an extension.
You need better Spell Checking on the returns. I notice it when I am preparing a 2025 return and on the other screen, I have 2024 open and then notice it.
Get disconnected and on return call back to me.
Don't like the echo, Background noise, in the room they are working out of.
Thirty minutes is way too long on a simple question.
An Hour is excruciating.
More than an hour is outrageous. Especially not solving the issue.
