I have forgotten or perhaps I dreamed it, but I seem to recall a method, either discussed within community or through phone support, for prompting Lacerte to regenerate a client status and/or eFile acceptance letter.
According to My Account, it indicates that the client has been accepted for both federal and state. However, the state initially rejected the client's submission, requiring an edit and resubmission. The letter received after state acceptance only acknowledges federal acceptance.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance or guidance on this matter. Thank you for your support and expertise.
