KY Schedule A - Apportionment & Allocation for corporations and pass-through entities - per the instructions - requires all companies fill out lines 1-3. Lines 4-10 are required for providers and for all other companies, are for information only. Lines 11 and 12 are to completed by Providers only. Providers are defined as any corporation providing communications service, cable service or internet access. So for any company other than providers, lines 1-10 should be completed, but lines 11-12 should be blank. Lacerte is completing the form correctly, but KY is rejecting the e-filing stating that Line 11 should be equal to the sum of lines 4, 7 and 10. This does not agree to the instructions that only providers complete lines 11 and 12. Is there a fix for this? Or is the problem on KY's end and not Lacerte's? It worked fine last year.
