From the article: "Alternative channels of email and live chat/instant messaging, however, continued a long-term slow rise, with email ticking up 0.6 percentage point and live chat/instant messaging by 1.4 points from 2024."

If LC goes to Live Chat, that will lead me more step closer to retirement.  Email wouldn't be better.  I need someone on the phone as I know they are helping me.

They don't state how many people they asked, just that they got back about 2,000 answers.  Is this how CPA's are taught to report sampling?  

And they seem to be playing a game of "I know something you don't know."

Who wastes their time and energy filling out surveys?  Bob is right about sampling -----------how close to reality are the results?
