Did anyone have issues being able to open the 2023 Lacerte software after the most recent update?
Nope.
Have you rebooted?
Try ToolHub, or WebSetUp and reinstall the program rather than fight with it. And no, you don't lose any data (but of course you have a clean, current back-up if necessary).
The WebSetUp is in your downloads, from when you initially downloaded the software.
ToolHub has to be installed.
