Is anyone else having issues with the new update from 8/9/2024 that is supposed to fix the 8/8/24 screwup? My update has been running for almost 4 hours now and appears to be hung up and nothing has loaded. Online support does not have updates as an option and is useless as is phone- since you can't leave a message anymore. I sent a service ticket but who knows how long that might take, Any input would be helpful.

thank you, It finally loaded . my IT people said the download should have not taken that long and figured there may have been some type of interruption that caused the issue
