Is there a reason the Oklahoma Form 511 still has the "Do Not File" watermark across it when the website shows it was released back on Jan. 3, 2019?

There is a difference between the release date and the final date.  They provide a rough form to play around with and then make it look pretty in order to get the approval of the taxing authority at a later date.

Sometimes it is not the form, but that the instructions are not yet available within the program. It appears both are out, but Lacete is just lagging a bit. The gaurd dogs barked to much at the form entry gate and Lacerate didn't get them yet.
