Nope. Every problem I've had with direct debits has usually been user error or the client giving me the wrong bank info.
The exception has been PTET. It goes fine following Lacerte inputs, but the "e-file status" doesn't list it (at least not for CA or VA, not sure about other states). Nerve-wracking last year the first year Lacerte was set to auto-debit it, but I've learned to roll with it.
If you're having problems, provide more specifics and/or upload screenshots of inputs and outputs for us to help you troubleshoot.
