How do I add a header to Form 706 that states "FILED PURSUANT TO REV. PROC. 2017-34 TO ELECT PORTABILITY UNDER Code Sec. 2010 (c)(5)(a)"

As of this date: Lacerte only offers a header as part of a few modules. The best way to check is to go to the header of the primary form and RIGHT CLICK - Select Jump to Input. (Not available on this field) shows up on the 706
