I sent a S-Corp return for NYS on 1/14/19. Still have not received an acknowledgement. What is the hold up?

Highlight the client > E-File > 3. e-file ack status > Update Ack .... for selected clients

If that fails, contact support. It may just be held up due to Govt Shutdown

Thank you George.  Because it is a NYS return, I did not think the shutdown would affect it.

I am just a user, so I can't say this is correct, but I believe NYS is "Piggyback" so it is affected by shutdown.
