I inadvertently did something that no longer allows me to jump to clients using first letter of the last name which is proving to be a useful shortcut.

I cannot find it in Lacerte shortcuts help, if someone can point me to it?

I did not know of this existence. I see now that if I click on any client and then touch a letter, it jumps to the first client whose last name starts with that letter. It does jump any more after that first encounter. To repeat the "trick", I must then click on any client to start.
