Why is it not getting sent to the IRS and State of CT

Highlight the client on the Client list.
Click the E-File menu.
Mouse-over Step 3 e-file acknowledgement status.
Select Update Acknowledgement Status for Selected Return(s).

Hopefully you get a new status

What if you DON'T get any new acknowledgements?

I have the same issue and have followed the steps for acknowledgement retrieval, but it says "No new acknowledgements received". US and state returns still say "Received at Lacerte". ???
