I have a question about add list for the client. I already have been added her on my list lacerte but I couldn't find it. I am wondering what wrong? the list number is 20550

My guess is that you clicked one of the Views on the left. Be sure to click the All Clients. If you display has a Client No. column, drag it into the left column. Then you can see clients sorted by number.
