How to show clients name and address on slip sheets for K-1's?

There are K-1 Mailing Envelopes, but no specific K-1 Slip sheets.

You can edit the format using Settings > Slip Sheets

George there are K-1 slip sheets under the K-1 letters form. It has the preparers and partners name and address but not the partnerships. In the settings, slip sheets it is called K-1 mailing envelopes.

I hav been unable to find K-1 mailing envelopes. Can anyone shed some light on where I may be able to purchase these envelopes?
